Making Peace with Christ

Retreat at Glastonbury Abbey House. 20th – 23rd October 2014

A three-day retreat at Glastonbury held and facilitated by the holding group of Interfaith Vision.

4.00pm Monday October 20th
to 2.30pm Thursday 23rd October, 2014.

Included in the three day retreat was an experiential journey led by RAY GASTON and ANNIE HEPPENSTALL to inquire into our relationship with the Divine at the heart of the Christian story, in a way that is inclusive of and in dialogue with other paths.
JUNE BOYCE TILLMAN explored with us the creative possibilities of the goddess cultures and how these are related to the Virgin Mary in Christianity.

14th and 15th January, and 4th February, 2014 ~ Holding with Heart, Facilitator Training

Held at the Royal Foundation of St Katherine’s, London, and Temple Lodge, Hammersmith and led by Razia Aziz and Annie Blampied.
Holding with Heart is a workshop, that Razia and Annie will be running regularly, for people who are called upon, or choose, to facilitate groups or gatherings. It focuses upon what it means to facilitate groups addressing an explicitly spiritual agenda. However, what is learned is transferable to other contexts with different explicit subject matter.

Holding with Heart asks the fundamental question: “How can I invite experiences of oneness, a shared experience of Love’s Presence, and deeper connection through my role as a facilitator, whatever the explicit content addressed in the group’s dialogue”?

This event was generously funded by the Awards for All, Lottery grant.

28th to 30th October, 2013 ~ Second Glastonbury Retreat.

Held and run by the core group of Interfaith Vision, and participants. Our first retreat at the Abbey House in Glastonbury, was such a powerful experience, we all looked forward to going back there again, and inviting new friends to join us.

“as soon as we sat down as a group to introduce ourselves to each other, I felt the beautiful holding atmosphere of the place itself, and knew we were going to have a creative and restorative time together, and we did! “
